Our technology transforms lowland peat into highly concentrated colloidal solutions, which serve as the foundation for all our plant growth stimulants and soil revitalization products.

By refining the humic production process, we have developed a solution that extracts up to 60% more beneficial compounds from the raw material compared to traditional methods—resulting in a product that is more powerful, efficient, and sustainable.

The technological process includes the following stages:

  • Sieving the peat using a vibrating screen
  • Intensive preliminary hydrodynamic water treatment
  • Mechanical peat grinding
  • Ozonation of the water-peat suspension
  • Treatment with an alkaline reagent
  • Cavitation and hydration
  • Passing through a vortex hydrodynamic cavitation disperser
  • Homogenization and oxidation of the peat in a vacuum mixing reactor
Process

Quality products start with quality inputs. That is why our experts carefully select peat rich in biologically active humic and fulvic acids, while the water used in production undergoes advanced purification to ensure consistency and purity.

Our production technology is based on modern equipment and current scientific research. The process utilizes the effects of cavitation, ozonation, and deep vacuum, while maintaining low temperatures throughout the entire production cycle.

The production process includes a two-stage quality control system:

  • Incoming raw material inspection and in-process quality control performed by a specialized laboratory within the factory
  • Subsequent quality analysis of the finished products

This approach guarantees consistent quality, purity, and strict adherence to the production technology and formulation.
